He has over a decade of managerial and supervisory experience working directly for two Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. He left corporate America and started his own company. He ran his business as the C.E.O. for over 25 years until he sold it, giving him over 40 years of experience in leadership, management, and being one of many successful entrepreneurs.
He has lectured at Delaware State University (H.B.C.U.) Mass Communications Department in Dover, Delaware, over the years, as well as taught classes on Leadership and Management at Poly Tech Adult Education Center and Quickbooks for Small Businesses. He was a guest speaker for the Legendary Buffalo Soldiers Delaware Branch as well as The Writers Group. He has mentored several small businesses to their success in Delaware and Maryland and has currently accepted a position as President and board member of the Harriett Tubman Educational and Resource Center located in Cambridge, Maryland. He speaks on behalf of the organization and helps others through its outreach initiatives.
